How UXQCC works

Clear responsibilities support consistent training and independent certification

UXQCC Board

Develops and maintains UXQCC certification schemes, syllabi, learning objectives and quality requirements.

The Board reviews existing content, identifies emerging professional competence needs and supports the development of new certification schemes.

UXQCC Trainers

UXQCC Trainers are qualified professionals approved to deliver training for specific UXQCC certifications.

Every UXQCC Trainer must hold the UXQCC certificate for the certification they teach.

Trainer approval is certification-specific and does not automatically apply to other UXQCC certification schemes.

Accredited Training Providers

Accredited Training Providers are organisations approved to offer UXQCC certification training across the UXQCC portfolio. They are responsible for ensuring that each course is delivered by appropriately qualified trainers.

They organise professional training and ensure that courses are delivered by qualified UXQCC Trainers in accordance with the applicable syllabus and UXQCC quality requirements.

GASQ – Examination Provider

GASQ administers the official UXQCC certification examinations independently from training.

Candidates can obtain information about exam registration, available examination formats and exam dates directly from GASQ.
